Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox for you to print at home.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unwashed, unworn merino wool shoes back in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
